There is a shift supervisor available at all times and questions or emergencies pertaining to a reentant can be directed to that individual.

Facility Director, Mr. Jeffrey Troutman, has varied hours. He is generally available at the facility between 8:30 and early evening. Mr. Troutman is reachable in emergencies and as needed 24/7.

Reentrant messages must be delivered through the control room staff. Reentrants will not be permitted to come to the phone to talk to anyone. Any messages will be given to the reentrant at the first opportunity staff has to pass the message on.
