Employers:The main focus of Keystone Correction Services, Inc. is to assist our reentrants in acquiring and maintaining meaningful employment that will allow them to successfully integrate back into society and move forward with their lives. Our reentrant population consists of many hard-working individuals who have paid the penalty for the mistakes they have made and are ready to prove their worth by obtaining employment that will allow them to support themselves and their families and to contribute to society. Our reentrants are skilled in many trades. Some of our reentrants have been trained through the PA Department of Corrections inmate training programs, and others carry years of experience they gained prior to their incarceration. Our reentrants’ skills include:
- Construction (heavy equipment operation, roofing, framing, general labor)
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing
- Automobile Services (mechanical, auto body)
- Warehousing (forklift operation, shipping, receiving)
- Manufacturing (welding, production)
- Landscaping (lawn care, snow removal)
- Food Service (cooks, servers, dishwashers)
- Administrative (call center, data entry)
- Maintenance (building maintenance, janitorial)
